Condolence & Memory Journal

My heart is so heavy with sorrow for your loss of your, husband, Dad, Grandpa, brother. I have been friends with your family for a very long time and knew John to be very kind and loving man. He always was there to help when any of the family needed his help and even was kind enough to lend his van to my sister, Gwen, so that she could take us all to Monticello and such trips because we didn't have a vehicle that would make it out of town. Anyway, R I P John, heaven has gained another beautiful soul and another Cubs fans to watch over them.

I'm sorry to hear of John's death. I'm not sure if the Barrett family will remember me, but I grew up at 1172 White Street (in the 1950sbefore moving to Sherrill in the 1960s). I used to play with Dan Barrett back in the late 50s, when we were just little kids. I send my thoughts and prayers to all in the Barrett family!
